Send fan email

You must create a profile before members can become a fan or receive email.  See knowledge articles Create / Edit a club profile, or Create / Edit a entertainer profile.

•  Login using your User Id and password.
• Select Login from the Members drop down menu.
• Enter your user email address.
• Enter your password.
• A display of your existing Accounts will be displayed.
• Select the account that you want to send email from.
• The account's information is displayed.
• Select Send Fan Email.
• The Fan Email form is displayed.
• Create the email to be sent.
• Enter the email Subject.
• Enter the email Message.
• The Clear button clears the message fields.
• Click Submit to send the fan email.
• Your fans and opted to receive email will receive your email.
