Review entertainer

• Select the Write Review link.
• The Write Review link is displayed on the Entertainer Review display and Entertainer Search Results.
• The Write Review page is displayed.
• The entertainers information is displayed.
• Rating.
• Entertainer Rating (Yawn to Oh Yea!).
• Select the Style rating. 
• A dancer will fill a poll for each rating point from 1 [Low] to 5 [High] dancers.
• Reviewer Name.
• Enter your name if desired (optional).
• Review.
• Enter your review text in the space provided.
• Click Submit.
