Create / Edit a club profile

You must purchase a club profile before it can be created.  See knowledge article Purchase a club profile.

  •  Login using your User Id and password.
    • Select Login from the Members drop down menu.
      • Enter your user email address.
      • Enter your password.
    • A display of your existing Accounts will be displayed.
  • Select the club account that you want to work with.
    • The club's account information is displayed.
  • Select Create / Edit Club Profile.
    • The Edit Club Profile page is displayed.
  • Edit Club Profile.
    • Profile Display Options.  
      • Change background image
        • Click Choose file to load a background image from your computer.
        • The image is displayed in the preview area if supported by your browser. 
        • Click Upload to upload the image to the profile.
        • Click Clear Background to remove previously uploaded images and clear the background image from the profile.
      • Font Color.
        • Select the default font color from the drop down list.
      • Background Color.
        • Select the default background color from the drop down list.
      • Profile link style options.
        • A preview of the link style is displayed.
        • Font Style.
          • Select the font style from the drop down list.
        • Font Size
          • Select the font size from the drop down list.
      • Profile list options.
        • Gallery.
          • Click the Yes radio button to include the gallery slide show and a link to the club profile gallery.
          • Click the No radio button to remove the gallery slide show and gallery link from the club profile.
        • Entertainers.
          • Entertainers add clubs to a club list on their entertainer profile.
          • Click the Yes radio button to display the list of entertainers with profiles displaying this club.
            • The name and description will be displayed on the club profile along with a link to the entertainer's profile.
          • Click the No radio button to remove the entertainer list from the club profile display.
        • Events.
          • Click the Yes radio button to display a list of special and recurring events scheduled over the next two weeks.
            • A link to the event and its description is displayed on the club profile.
          • Click the No radio button to remove the events list from the club profile.
        • Reviews.
          • Click the Yes radio button to display a list of club reviews and links to the full review.
          • Click the No radio button to remove the review list from the club profile. 
      • Click the Load Options button to load the display options to the club profile.
        • The Edit Club Profile page is displayed.
        • The Profile Display Options link shows as Updated.
    • Club Index Display.
      • A template is displayed with the information loaded from the AdultClubLocator club index, or from a previously saved profile.
        • If the information is incorrect click the Here link to update the club index.
        • Click the Tutorial link for instructions on how to update the way the club's index information is displayed.
          • The Tutorial also includes a Playspace area where you can try different display options and then use these options on the club's profile index display.
        • Click Done to exit the tutorial.
      • Make changes to the way the the club's index information is displayed.
      • Click the Update button upload the index display updates to the club's profile.
        • The Edit Club Profile page is displayed.
        • The Club Index Display link shows as Updated.
      • Click the Start Over button to delete any changes and reload the previously saved display.
    • Club Features Display.
      • A template is displayed with basic club feature information, or the information from a previously saved profile.
      • Update or remove the information as needed.
        • Click the Tutorial link for instructions on how to update the way the club's feature information is displayed.
          • The Tutorial also includes a Playspace area where you can try different display options and then use these options on the club's profile features display.
        • Click Done to exit the tutorial.
      • Possible club features include.
        • The club's hours and cover charges.
        • Entertainer information.
        • Entertainment options and prices.
        • Food and beverage options and prices. 
      • Click the Update button upload the features display updates to the club's profile.
        • The Edit Club Profile page is displayed.
        • The Club Features Display link shows as Updated.
      • Click the Start Over button to delete any changes and reload the previously saved display.
    • Club Description Display.
      • A blank template is displayed with space to enter the club description, or the information from a previously saved profile.
      • Update or remove the information as needed.
        • Click the Tutorial link for instructions on how to update the way the club's feature information is displayed.
          • The Tutorial also includes a Playspace area where you can try different display options and then use these options on the club's profile features display.
          • Click Done to exit the tutorial.
        • The description area allows you to describe what makes your club a great place to visit.
        • Click the Update button upload the features display updates to the club's profile.
          • The Edit Club Profile page is displayed.
          • The Club Description Display link shows as Updated.
        • Click the Start Over button to delete any changes and reload the previously saved display.
    • Preview Profile / Profile Status.
      • The profile preview allows you to look at all the changes you've made and make additional changes before it is saved.
      • Click the Edit button to make additional profile changes.
      • Click the Save button to save the club profile.
        • After the profile is saved a page of buttons are displayed.  
        • These buttons are displayed so that you can provide a link between the club's profile and the club's website.
          • Click the button you would like to include on the club's web site.
          • Cut and paste the provided code into your club's web page to include the button link to the club's profile.
    • Click Done to complete the club's profile.
      • The Club's Account page is displayed.
